Certification Levels

The 3PP Certifications are delivered across three progressive levels. All levels include theoretical and practical assessments and conclude with certification.

  • Level 1 β€” Foundations (4 Days)
    Designed for coaches at the beginning of their journey who want a clear, structured system to coach the general population using our holistic method with a strong focus on body composition, sleep management, functional nutrition, and structural balance 1.
  • Level 2 β€” Advanced Application (4 Days)
    Built for intermediate coaches who want to work more analytically by implementing integrative assessments, stress management, endocrine considerations, and advanced program design into their coaching practice.
  • Level 3 β€” High-Level Performance Coaching (4 Days)
    Intended for advanced trainers seeking to raise their standards and work with athletic, executive, or complex performance populations using high-level programming, structural balance, mental performance, and advanced coaching methods.
