2. Do I need to combine infrared therapy and cold immersion in a single session?

No. Clients may choose infrared therapy, cold immersion, or a combined session. While combining both enhances overall recovery and nervous system regulation, each modality can also be used effectively on its own. 

3. How long is one session, and what does it feel like?

Sessions are typically 30–45 minutes, adjusted to your tolerance. Most clients feel relaxed and “lighter” after infrared, followed by a refreshed, alert reset after the cold immersion.

4. Is it beginner-friendly and guided?

Yes. Temperatures and exposure times are personalised, especially for first-timers, so you can build tolerance safely while still getting meaningful recovery benefits.
